Connecting Zoom lets ConnectLoop fetch the transcript of a meeting you hosted and turn it into a private sales-coaching report — summary, key moments, methodology coverage and follow-up actions. Only your workspace can see it.

Overview

Connecting Zoom lets ConnectLoop fetch the transcript of a meeting you hosted and turn it into a private sales-coaching report — summary, key moments, methodology coverage and follow-up actions. Only your workspace can see it.

Before you start

  • A Zoom paid plan with cloud recording.
  • In Zoom: Settings → Recording → enable Cloud recording and Create audio transcript.
  • You must be the host of the meetings you want analysed.

Add the app

  1. In ConnectLoop, go to Connected Apps.
  2. Click Connect on Zoom.
  3. Sign in to Zoom and click Allow.

Zoom will then show as Connected. All permissions requested are read-only — ConnectLoop cannot create, change or delete anything in your Zoom account.

Use the app

  1. Host your meeting and Record to the Cloud.
  2. End the meeting and wait a few minutes for Zoom to process the transcript.
  3. In ConnectLoop, open the call and select Post Call Analysis.

If the transcript isn't ready, ConnectLoop keeps checking automatically.

Remove the app

In ConnectLoop: Connected Apps → Zoom → Disconnect.

In Zoom: sign in to marketplace.zoom.us → Manage → Added Apps → ConnectLoop → Remove.

Access ends immediately. Reports already generated stay in your workspace until you delete them.

Troubleshooting

  • No transcript available — the meeting wasn't cloud recorded, or Create audio transcript was off. Both must be on before the meeting starts.
  • Missing permissions — disconnect and reconnect Zoom.
  • Meeting not listed — only meetings you hosted appear.

Privacy and support

Transcripts are used solely to generate your own coaching reports. They are never sold, used for advertising, or used to train AI models.
